light and they ve been doing overflights looking for people on their roofs and if there is assistance needed there. the medical center, the significant investment we made in texas medical center after tropical storm alison seems to have been working. there were some difficulties getting into the medical center because of surrounding streets but overall the medical center is working and i m not aware of any significant issues at the texas medical center and as far as i know all hospitals in the area are functioning. i have not had a conversation with the governor. we did make the request and what we heard back from the governor s office is that he s aware but he s hearing this from cities across central texas that
