The decision s by the judges of the Ninth Circuit which may come later this week could test the limitations of president ial authority and expected to be ultimately be appealed to the United States Supreme Court. Today President Trump defended his authority and attacked the judges who will render that decision as well as the court system, itself. I listen to lawyers on both sides last night, and they were talks about things that had just nothing to do with it.
