The city of potalva, at a military training insitute and nearby hospital were hit. This is the scene. Ukraine s armed forces confirmed soliders at the military institute were among the dead. The country s president volodymyr zelensky said those responsible for the attack would be held accountable. He also renewed his calls to allies for more air defences.
