Calocane s Mother And Brother have told Bbc Panorama it was one of a series of missed opportunities that could have prevented the killings. He was sentenced to an indefinite Hospital Order for the manslaughter of caretaker ian coates, and students Barnaby Webber and Grace Omalley Kumar last year. Our correspondent Navtej Johal reports.
