Nick is a fantastic scholar and human being and colleague, and i am so absolutely thrilled that he is in with us at a very important moment in the development of the center. I also want to do a special shout out to the Mellon Foundation itself which about four years ago gave us a giant vote of confidence and a very lovely grant to get the center up and running.
