DARTMOUTH Town Administrator Shawn MacInnes will be the chief administrative officer in Dartmouth for three more years, and with that will be getting a notable pay increase, following the Select Board’s 3-2 vote to renew his contract on Monday.
The Select Board was split over the pay raise MacInnes is to receive. MacInnes will see a $25,000 raise in his new contract to boost his annual salary to $185,000 in the first fiscal year, followed by a merit salary increase of 2.5% every new year.
Select Board Chair Frank Gracie III and Select Board member John Haran provided the two dissenting votes.
