A cleaner who said she was fired for taking a tuna sandwich left behind after a meeting at a top City law firm has spoken out against her former employers.
Gabriela Rodriguez, 39, was said to have been fired from her job for the theft of a leftover tuna sandwich which was due to be thrown away after a meeting at a London law firm.
Gabriela Rodrigues from Ecuador launched an unfair dismissal claim against cleaning agency Total Clean after she was sacked for eating a tuna and cucumber sandwich.
