He told the coast guard when he was out at sea what happened; there was engine failure, the boat started taking on water. He says he couldnt find his mother, and then he decided that he had to get in the liferaft, he had to abandon ship. With regard to the search warrant, we want to show you the findings police in rhode island found that led them to ask for monfils to execute the search warrant at the place he lived.
