A sprawling coastal estate in North Hampton, New Hampshire, that offers equestrian, agricultural and aquatic opportunities, in addition to a New England shingle-style main residence, has come onto the market for $24.95 million, making it the state’s most expensive home for sale.
The estate, encompassing five individual parcels, totals 48 acres with an additional 10 acres of grazing rights. It includes a main house, a guest house, a carriage house, a 12-stall barn and other outbuildings, according to listing agent Tony Jalbert of Sotheby’s International Realty.
