We are live in Richmond Hill, and marcus has what we know at this hour. Hi, marcus. Reporter good morning, rob. No charges filed yet, but sources say the mother in this case will in deed face charges after the horrible incident that occurred early yesterday, and it was just after sunrise that Police Responded to 115th street in Richmond Hill, and residents made a horrific discovery a3weekold infant lying in a pool of blood, and the boy was thrown from a bathroom window apartment on the 4th floor. The body was found in the courtyard, just after sunrise, and the boys parents, from bangladesh, share the apartment with relatives who have two children of their own. James, and firefighters worked to get the fire under control but said the house was gutted by the fire. The three victims are being center. Rob . Also developing in manhattan, two teenagers are recovering after being shot in riverside park, happening just before 1 00 a. M. This morning near 158th street, part of the west side highway was shut down in both the area. The victims, a 19yearold girl and 19yearold boy are both be okay. No arrests have been made. We are also following a developing story in texas where police are on the scene of a horrific mass murder. Five children and three adults were found dead last night
