Controversy has trailed the purported self-murder of Toluige Olokoobi, the mother to Oreofeoluwa, the boy who inspired the viral “mummy be calming down” video.
The Edo State Command spokesperson, Chidi Nwabuzor, who confirmed the incident, said the husband of the woman was queried by the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) for not reporting to the police before taking the deceased to the hospital and mortuary without recourse to the police, which has the constitutional responsibility to investigate matters.
