Nightcap to acquire Adventure Bar Group 5th May, 2021 by Nicola Carruthers
Drinks-led investment group Nightcap has agreed to buy UK-based Adventure Bar Group for up to £2.5 million (US$3.5m).
A third Tonight Josephine bar will open in Birmingham next month
Nightcap was launched last year with the aim of becoming the UK’s leading bar operator through acquiring, investing and expanding drinks-led concepts.
London Cocktail Club was the firm’s first acquisition in December 2020. At the time, Nightcap also launched an initial public offering (IPO) to raise £6m (US$8m).
UK bar chain Adventure Bar Group was founded in 2005 by Tom Kidd and Toby Jackson.
