Fragments of SARS-CoV-2 have been detected in the Rockhampton North and Maryborough sewage catchments. The Rockhampton North catchment receives sewage from Parkhurst, Norman Gardens, Kawana, Park Avenue, Frenchville, Beserker, Koongal, The Common and Lakes Creek.
