A judge ruled Monday that a Salem, New Hampshire, man accused in a fatal Manchester shooting will remain in custody, rejecting his claim of self-defense.
Lawyers for John Delee, the accused gunman, filed paperwork saying that he will claim he was not the aggressor and couldn't safely retreat from the situation.
