the giant s fan bryan stow attack. reporter: bryan stow remains in critical condition. his family got one bit of good news today, that one of the alleged attackers is now behind bars. the los angeles police department has arrested a suspect in the senseless and brutal attack that occurred here at dodger stadium on opening day. reporter: police announced the arrest of giovanni ramirez. he said that we had bryan s assault suspect in custody. reporter: sources say ramirez has at least three prior convictions for robbery, attempted robbery. witnesses identified him from a line up and police say that he is main aggressor. police also say he has fresh tattoos that would cover identifying tattoos. after today s game against the a s two giants players said their fan bryan stow is never far from their minds. all our thoughts and prayers are with bryan. that s good to hear, it s good to hear they found some of the people who are responsible because it s definitely you know
