Maka Hiki Lounge, a collaboration between Honi Honi and The Upper House has launched this January. Meaning new beginning , the pop-up is located within the lush greenery of The Lawn and Level 6, which has been transformed into an elegant tiki haven with two distinct designs and features. The pop-up aims to become an urban oasis and city escape with a day-to-night concept that will hopefully draw crowds from hotel guests to locals.
Offering an extensive menu of drinks and bar bites inspired by islands from around the world, Maka Hiki Lounge is also hosting regular events, giving everyone the opportunity to experience this new take on tiki culture. From 8am, an all-day cafe serving light breakfast and daily specials are available, with teas from the homegrown brand, Plantation by teakha, CBD-infused beverages and 12 Noon juices also included.
