anybody else in the congressional leadership. so obviously the priority has always been with the protectee, but there is going to be talk about what can be done, and we ve seen this after the attempted assassination of brett kavanaugh if early in the year. you imagine there is a lot of folk because focus because so many of the leaders in our country are the target and, of course, their families as well. neil: mark meredith, thank you. surprisingly tight gubernatorial battle going on in new york right now with governor hochul facing lee zeldin. claim has been the dominant theme and has made it as close as it is in this notoriously blue of blue states. alexis mcadams has more. reporter: as early voting kicks off today, polls show the race for new york governor just continues to tighten. take a look at the laterrest quinn by back latest quinnipiac poll.
