South African Tourism CFO Johan van der Walt has been issued with a letter instructing him to justify why he should not be suspended, the board said on Tuesday.
Acting South African Tourism CFO Johan van der Walt has not responded to a notice of suspension served on him last week, according to the chairperson of the entity's board, Thozamile Botha.
Van der Walt reportedly admitted to having links to an agency set to receive millions from SA Tourism from the controversial sponsorship deal with English football giant, Tottenham Hotspur.
