By MELINDA WILLIAMS melinda@southwesttimes.com A Pulaski woman and man were arrested Tuesday after police located two possible runaway juveniles from Franklin County at a Thaxton Road residence in Pulaski. Rocky Mount Police Department in Franklin County, issued an alert for the missing female juveniles Tuesday morning. Police indicated they might have run away and might be in Pulaski in the company of one of the youth’s biological mother, Melissa Dawn Trainer.
