Let s celebrate pi day with some jazz and poetry dedicated to math and baked goods with the Mile High Jazz Band at Comma Coffee tonight. The Tahoe Milers Running Group have a 3.14 mile challenge, and the winner gets pie.
The weekend is just around the corner, but Thursday offers some fun with or without the kids. Join Santa for story time at the Carson City Library. Head over to Red’s Old 395 or the Carson Mall for photos with Santa. Celebrate those December birthdays at Carson Cigar Co. with live music by the Trippin King Snakes.
We’re in for another gray day, but that won’t affect the fun to be had. Bike to Work Week always ends in a big bash. Head down to McFadden Plaza, even if you didn’t take the challenge personally. You’ll find live music, raffles, bike games, and too much fun.
It is finally Friday, so let’s kick off the weekend. Start the day at Dunkin Donuts on Highway 50 and you’ll be treated to some free coffee, samples, and giveaways. Kids will have a great time during Books and Brags Storytime Adventures at the Children’s Museum of Northern Nevada.
