and i think it puts incentive on the administration to again, drive home the point that i think they feel is being ignored. in some quarters, have a real problem here at the border. eric: there really is a crisis. a crushing humanitarian crisis that has to be addressed. it should not be ignored. meanwhile, clearly playing into the presidential race. joe biden announcing early this afternoon in philadelphia. he said the president of the states demonizes quote - the other, talking about immigration. here s what the former vice president, part of what he said. in all the world, america is an idea. an idea stronger than any army. bigger than any ocean, more powerful than any dictator or tyrant. it offers hope to the tired, the poor, the masses, to breathe free. it s written on the statue of liberty. we seem to have given up on that. america guarantees everyone,
to worry about. however, the artists wanted to show where they stood. u2 filming by the statue of liberty says everything without having to say the words. of course they put out the tweets blessed are the s-hole countries, for they gave us the american dream. he is there at the statue of liberty with an american flag bull horn. some of the criticism they saw from donald trump jr., these shows are over the top, too obvious liberal. nikki haley said i like my music without politics. she has a reason not to like this book. that s an important note. nikki haley came out condemning michael wolff s book. there was an illusion in his book that may or may not have implied she was having an affair with president trump. michael wolff was out talking about this. she is denied it. no wonder she was critical. more than just denied it.
all right. two other things i want to talk to you about. the first actually, they re both positive. the first one is that you re being honored by the statue of liberty, ellis island foundation this week. yes, sir. why why? why? because in 1917 is when my father emigrated to new york. they took a boat from trinidad and went to panama city, belize city, mobile, alabama, and took the train from mobile to new york city. they arrived in mobile april 19th, 1917. so my family has been here 100 years. how does that make you see your history? i m very happy and proud to be an american and to be the second generation, you know, from my grandparents arrival in this country. i m so proud of it and we re going to have a great time. i m also going to be at gabrielle s angel ball.

cape canaveral at altitude of 15,000 feet. if you were able to look out your windows up and down the southeast united states you may have been able to see this all the way up the coast but, we re standing by here at dulles airport on the runway. they ferried us out on one of those mobile lounges on to the runway. first time i m stuck on a runway on dulles airport outside the plane which is a change but we re waiting for the final arrival. you guys in new york, gregg, i should add will be able to enjoy this same thing on monday because they re going to take the space shuttle which is presently in the air and space museum annex and mate it to the 747 on monday and then it will be flown up to new york, this is the shuttle enterprise, where it will go to the final resting place at the intrepid museum there. there will be a low fly-by the statue of liberty and some of the new york spots. so you will be able to enjoy the same thing in new york
