Known for his classic and evergreen fairytales, Hans Christian Andersen, has a new museum in his name due to open for visitors in the summer of 2021. Located in Odense, Denmark, the birthplace of Danish author, the objective of H.C. Andersen s House is to share a new perspective to the story of the fairytale writer s life and works with the world.
Andersen passed away in 1875 and has written marvellous stories like The Snow Queen, The Emperor’s New Clothes, The Ugly Duckling, The Steadfast Tin Soldier, The Princess and the Pea, The Nightingale, The Little Mermaid, Thumbelina and The Little Match Girl.
