The day will be organised on June 19 and the citizens wishing to raise their complaints for the special hearings will have to submit their grievances fifteen days in advance, the TMC said in an official statement

During the Lokshahi Day, at the TMC headquarters, the citizens who have submitted their complaint applications which have not been acted upon for one month, will be accepted. The citizens has been urged to submit their applications before December 5.
Thus far the Thane Municipal Corporation received 747 applications of which only 58 stall owners have received permission. One of the shopowners said that the civic body had delayed issuance of permits.
