A group of sheriffs along with Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in Texas announced they are suing the Biden administration for failing to arrest and deport illegal criminals. In a complaint filed this week, at least four counties in the state along with ICE officers, accused Joe Biden of enticing criminals to illegally immigrate to the U.S.
“The ICE officers involved in this case are absolutely astounded at what their superiors are asking them to do: releasing people charged with rape of a child, releasing people charged with dealing drugs and resisting arrest,” said Former Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach.
