The lawyer for hotel room homicide suspect Vladimir Ngbangbo Soki is still awaiting Crown disclosure before he can set a preliminary inquiry date for his client.
But defence counsel Adriano Iovinelli said he expects to get a hard drive from Crown prosecutors Terrence Mazerolle and Fiorella Avolio this week, which will allow him to schedule the hearing when his client is back in court next week.

Iovinelli also told provincial court Judge Mark Tyndale he needs to get an estimate from the prosecutors as to how long the preliminary inquiry is expected to take before he can book the hearing.
