Neenah stabbing: Minnesota man charged with felony murder

OSHKOSH - The man arrested in connection with the April 17 stabbing death of a 22-year-old man in Neenah was charged Tuesday with felony murder. Mandel Roy, 26, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, faces one count of felony murder, according to court records. Roy appeared in court for the first time Tuesday and Winnebago County Court Commissioner Bryan Keberlein set a $250,000 cash bond in his case. Wisconsin s felony murder law allows prosecutors to charge someone if they cause another person s death while committing another felony, in this case battery, regardless of their intent. Police are still searching for another suspect, 28-year-old Terran Colwell, in the death of Rodger Ridgeway, of Neenah. A Neenah police officer found Ridgeway s body in the 200 block of Martens Street.
