The Justice Department has filed a lawsuit against a Springfield landlord on Monday, March 25, claiming he violated the Fair Housing Act (FHA) by sexually harassing his female tenants.
Court documents said 12 people brandished firearms and at least six people fired weapons. One woman died and nearly two dozen other people were injured.
