Victaulic, the Forks Township-based mechanical pipe joining manufacturer, announced Wednesday that it has acquired Horizon Metals Inc., a Utah steel foundry.
Victaulic, a manufacturer of mechanical pipe joining, fire protection, and flow control systems in Easton, Pa., has acquired the business assets of Tennessee Metal Fabricating Corp.
