storms on the move today in texas along the east coast carrying the potential for nasty conditions later today. mario molina in the fox business weather center with more on this. we are looking at the risk of severe weather today and one of those areas is along the east coast including the i-95 corridor. the concern is a cold front moving eastward and we could see showers and storms and some of those could be isolated severe weather but on the back side of this system we have some snow coming down across the great lakes. the great lakes becoming an frozen a you see that moisture, temperatures cold enough for snow across wisconsin and michigan. across the central plains we have more significant risk of severe weather and we have storms across eastern parts of oklahoma and producing some heavy rain gusty winds that later this afternoon into this evening we have a new round of
