The Competition Commission believes that eight insurance companies colluded to fix prices of premiums consumers pay for investment and insurance products.
The search and seizure operations took place at the offices of BrightRock, Discovery, FMI, Hollard, Momentum, Old Mutual Insure Limited, PPS, and Sanlam across Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape.
