Utilities board has learned about the Bakken Pipeline proposal. Its a story weve been following for you. Nikki the pipeline would carry crude oil from northwest north dakota and end in illinois. So far, 87 percent of the groups that need to sign off on the pipeline have done so. The utility board will make the final decision that determines whether the project moves forward.
