The Telangana High Court has suspended a special sessions judge who directed the police to register a first information report (FIR) against Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar.
The Court held that Article 25 of the Constitution confers the freedom of conscience on a citizen, which includes the right to say that they do not believe in any religion.
