Hollyoaks star Jessica Ellis has announced the happy news that she s engaged.
Jessica – who played Tegan Lomax on the Channel 4 soap – revealed that her partner Michael Shaw had popped the question over the weekend.
Sharing the news with followers on Instagram, Jessica wrote: Well yesterday was a bit of alright thanks to my fiancé. As well as a few photos of the happy couple, Jessica also shared a close-up of her engagement ring, complete with rainbow-coloured stones. Jessica EllisInstagram
Jessica s news comes over two years after her exit from
Hollyoaks, when her character Tegan Lomax was killed off in one of the soap s dramatic stunts.

Hollyoaks star Jessica Ellis has revealed she is engaged to boyfriend Michael Shaw and shared snaps of her gorgeous ring on Instagram. The actress, who played Tegan Lomax in the Channel 4 soap, revealed the news over the weekend. Posting pictures of herself sporting a brand new ring on her finger, as she beams next to her partner Michael.
Alongside the snaps, Jessica wrote: “Well yesterday was a bit of alright thanks to my fiance @mtshaw91” with a string of emojis.

In another picture the couple posed for a selfie as Jessica showed off the ring, before sharing another snap of the piece of jewellery close up to show off its colourful design.
Meanwhile sharing the same snap, Michael wrote on his Instagram: She said YES!
