This year’s keynotes highlight the power of the global Drupal community to make a difference in some of the most crucial issues of our time and the future of digital experiences.
The Drupal Association is planning a blockbuster event for DrupalCon North America, the most widely attended Drupal event, 12-16 April from 15:00 - 19:00 UTC daily.
“[DrupalCon North America s] topics include the role of open source in schools to close the digital divide, the importance of allyship in developing diversity and inclusion, building successful mentorship for people of color in tech, and understanding digital rights as human rights.”

Scio, Belfast teachers awarded Farm to School State Farm grants

BELMONT Teachers in New York were asked to submit their innovative teaching ideas the week of Jan. 11 for an opportunity to win State Farm Teacher Assist grants.
Two hundred submissions were accepted and reviewed. In the end, State Farm recognized and awarded 40 New York teachers with a $2,500 grant to implement or support their classroom projects. Two of these projects in Allegany County were awarded funding. Teachers Kyle Canfield, High School Science Teacher at Scio CSD, and Josh Hazelton, Science and Technology Teacher at Belfast CSD, will use their awards to promote Farm to School programs in their respective districts.
