The american citizens out there who are on the telephone that we passed the robo call installation and that is pretty significant because we think of the almost 50 billion robo calls made every year into this country is going to hopefully provide relief to the american citizens out there and its important because a lot of people say the top issue the people contact me about and its also the top issue that the fcc in the ftc receive every year about robo calls. People say to me i thought i signed up for this do not call list. Unfortunately, you signed up for it but these calls are coming in from overseas and so theres been great to work on this, not only in congress but at the fcc and the carriers out there because in order to share in the meetings ive had with the fcc what we will see if they have a [inaudible] shaken technology they will be able to say when that call originates to a new look at your phone you will know that that is who that call is coming from and it will not be spoof

It is so very important as it relates to feed food anding can consult agriculture in particular to make an increase so that the 1890 institutions can again be at the forefront of research. One of my schools in my area, purview a m and Texas Southern university, prepare the leaders for the Agricultural Industry of the future. And so this legislation provides support for the many schools such as alabama a m, purview a m, fort valley state university, Kentucky State University and, of course, they enroll 40 of all africanamerican students. In the state of the union you have National Media do you have congress and its all about trying to score partisan points. But, in the state of the city its really talking to constituents, connecting with them about what youve done and about what you are going to do. I will tell you another place where we are uniquely situated. We see our constituents every day in Grocery Stores and in our places of worship and in everyday areas like the ywca and sometimes they just show up at city hall, whether they have an appointment or not because they want to talk to the mayor. Guess what . We talked because that is what mayors and what city leaders do. This year i gave my eight state of the city address.
