梁丽萍，女，现任晋城市副市长，民盟省委会副主委、晋城市主委，拟任本科院校正职。1966年11月生，山西岚县人，在职研究生学历，1988年7月参加工作。曾任山西大学国家大学生文化素质教育基地办公室主任，太原理工大学副校长，晋城市副市长，2016年12月任现职。
师东海，现任太原科技大学党委副书记，拟任本科院校正职。1969年1月生，山西平遥人，在职研究生学历，1991年8月参加工作，1991年2月加入中国共产党。曾任省教育厅思想政治教育处处长，2016年9月任现职。
潘晋孝，现任中北大学党委常委、副校长，拟任本科院校正职。1965年12月生，山西万荣人，在职研究生学历，1988年8月参加工作，1995年12月加入中国共产党。曾任华北工学院数学系党总
