Plymouth Rock Technologies Inc. (

Company ) a leader in the development of cutting-edge threat detection technologies, announced it has arranged a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 2,500,000 units (the Units ) of securities at a price of $0.20 CAD per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $500,000 CAD (the Offering ). Each Unit will be comprised of one (1) common share and one (1) full non-transferable common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.25 CAD for five (5) years from closing of the Offering. All securities issued in the private placement will be subject to a four-month hold period.
