CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) -With several top positions open in the city, members for Charlottesville City Council held an emergency meeting Wednesday to decide how best to move forward.
City Manager Tarron Richardson resigned back in September 2020. In November, the city hired Parag Agrawal as the new neighborhood development services director, but he abruptly resigned before beginning the role. Human Resources Director Michele Vineyard also left that same month.
