secretary of state hillary clinton is planning to ask countries around the world to contribute almost $4 billion to rebuild haiti. ron allen is at the u.n. for us this morning. ron, how heavy a lift is this ask? i think it s something of a heavy lift, savannah. haiti has not been in the headlines for some time now. the earthquake was about almost three months ago. this is the opportunity for the haitian government, the prime minister to put haiti and its needs back on the international agenda near the top of the agenda. they hope. is the needs are tremendous. 300,000 people were killed. there are still a million people homeless living in tents and tarpaulins. rainy season has hit haiti. it s a disaster anytime it will rains there. have been mud slides, people dying because of that. the billions of dollars that the is asking for is a heavy lift because there are huge doubts about the government s ability and integrity to handle that sort of money. one of the big aspects of the
