TAMWORTH MONOPOLY on cards
Tamworth is set to be immortalised in the world’s most popular boardgame with its very own official version.
Tamworth Regional Council has been in discussions with Winning Moves, manufacturers of Monopoly under license from Hasbro about an official TAMWORTH MONOPOLY board.
The edition will see locally themed squares replace Mayfair and Park Lane from the original London MONOPOLY board and include a customised ‘Community Chest’ and ‘Chance’ playing cards, making the entire game a truly Tamworth experience.
Tamworth Region Mayor Col Murray said that this is an amazing opportunity for the region to be featured with its very own board of this iconic game.
