Barring 11 districts with high COVID-19 cases, movement of people have been allowed in other districts with the condition of e-registration in Tamil Nadu.
Tamil Nadu lockdown: From Monday, for those making inter-district movement for valid medical reasons or to attend a funeral, e-registration is mandatory.

Chennai: The social distancing norms went for a toss as a huge crowd was witnessed at a fish market in Chennai on Sunday amid rising cases of coronavirus infection in the city. Notably, Chennai has recorded 1,977 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours.
