Job Title: Supply Chain ERP Project Lead
Reports to: Supply and Logistics Manager (with a dotted line report into the Senior Project Manager)
Liaises with: The ability to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders will be critical to the success of this role. While reporting to the Supply and Logistics Manager and being the Logistics Lead on the project, the appointee will be a member of the Project Team and will therefore be reporting to the Senior Project Manager on a day to day basis. The appointee will be the primary logistics focal point for managers and staff across various departments, teams and fields in Concern, primarily with logistics team members and other users of logistics information and with external consulting firms and systems development/integration partners to help deliver a strategic programme of work.

Job Purpose:
The job will focus on two areas –
Provide technical support in all aspects of humanitarian logistics to an assigned region or cluster of Concern overseas fields including supporting the areas of procurement, warehousing, transportation, asset management and distribution.
Ensure the organisation’s logistics systems allow for effective emergency response, that the systems effectively support all programme activities, that standards of best practice in both emergencies and on-going programming are adhered to and to build logistics capacity and expertise.
