i would add one more thing, too, gregg, because, the house ethics committee itself, i think has not done a credible job here. they started this investigation in september of 08. september of 08. the first stories about some of his misdeeds, came out in july of 08. and, nancy pelosi at one point in september, said it will be done in january, of 09. and here we are, coming up on marchi march of 2010 and they ve only adjudicated one issue and gave him a finger pointing, don t do that again admonishment and there are a number of issues the house ethics committee has been ducking and that is the sort of thing he s right now getting a free pass, and seems to me he should have to report it on his disclosure and is getting a free pass from the ethics committee on other serious allegation. gregg: so much for swift justice! right. gregg: thank you very much. my pleasure. julie: a fox news alert. breaking news now, coming out of
