WILLIAMSVILLE, NY (WKBW) â A longtime leader in the Buffalo Public School District leader could soon be leaving city schools for the top job in one of Western New Yorkâs largest suburban districts.

WASHINGTON (WKBW) â Democratic Rep. Brian Higgins (N.Y.-26) announced on Wednesday that schools in Erie and Niagara Counties will receive nearly $414 million in COVID-19 relief funds under the American Rescue Plan.
