York is an inland, regional town in Western Australia, one of the first districts settled by white invaders after the establishment of the Swan River Settlement. It is Ballardong Nyoongar country and was the site of massacres and the first hangings of Aboriginal people in WA.
The old York hospital, built in 1896, is a now a hostel for visiting school groups. It has a widely-known reputation for creepy paranormal occurrences.
The upcoming season will see Pope, Craig, Deran, and J dealing with the death of Smurf (Ellen Barkin). But, who’s going to lead the group now? It will be a test of patience and relationships as they try to revive their business after the fallout from the events that happened in the Season 4 finale.
The series consists of some of the most talented actors in the industry right now. So, let’s take a look at the cast of the show.

Shawn Hatosy as Pope
Hatosy began his acting career in 1995 with projects like ‘Home for the Holidays’ and ‘Homicide: Life on the Street’. The actor went on to make cameo appearances in various TV shows and movies till 1996 and received his first major role in 1997 in the film ‘In & Out’. The film also starred Kevin Kline, Tom Selleck, and Debbie Reynolds in pivotal roles. On the other hand, he continued making cameos in TV shows like ‘Law & Order’, ‘The Twilight Zone’, ‘CSI:

Over the past three years, a loose alliance of artists and activists have been campaigning to pressure Fringe World and Artrage to sever all ties with Woodside. Tensions heated up in December, when Fringe World encouraged performers to not speak out against its sponsorship arrangements â a request which, amid a record-breaking bushfire season and climate crisis, felt particularly incendiary to some.
So when Artrage announced in June that Woodside would no longer have naming rights for the festival, activists claimed it as âan important winâ.
âWeâre really grateful to [Artrage CEO] Sharon Burgess and the Artrage board for having listened to its own stakeholders, done the right thing and refused to promote Woodside any longer,â Perth-based 350 activist Anthony Collins told Guardian Australia in June.
John Hole as many in Worcester will remember him TRIBUTES have been paid to John Hole, one of the driving forces behind putting Worcester’s theatre on the nationwide map, who has died at the age of 81. John was artistic director of the Swan Theatre from 1967-1974 and Ginney Quiney (formerly Hole) said: “John was the eternal optimist. “He was enterprising, had boundless energy, was dedicated, inventive and a jack of all trades (essential in the early days at the Swan). “He was a strong advocate of regional theatre. Above all he believed passionately that theatre should reach out to the whole community. He expanded the already existing Saturday morning children’s story slot into Children’s Theatre with a weird and wonderful set of regular characters, including himself as an ill-starred conjurer with two puppets (Jaspar the Monkey and a rabbit called Sainsbury).
