Yeah, you know its funny, charles, you look at the dow, its down like 100 or so. Volatility is really not taking off. Its really the volatility traders, if you will, are waiting till next week. I think thats going to be a huge week, you mentioned all the things that could move the market, probably nothing bigger than the whole vote on the 23rd, i think thats going to swing the market big time, i think. Its going to be a buying opportunity if it swings a lot. Charles youre a technician, if we break those today or going into early next week, when does someone buy, you buy on the eve of the vote because the downside could be more painful near term . No, i think you buy i think you wait and see what happens with the vote. I mean, it could be that kind of thing the market gaps down in the morning and continues on down. Who knows, maybe 300 points. So it would appear that certainly the Belgian Police are dealing with several incidents that are taking place this morning into an area that had already been in lockdown because of the tense situation over a highprofile arrest on friday. Lets talk a little bit about that arrest, Salah Abdeslam, one of the key figures in the paris terror attacks. Can you tell us about what happened on friday and how that all went down . Reporter yes. Well, we got news that there was a Major Police Operation taking place in the neighborhood of molenbeek in brussels. And there has been a fourmonth search for the last key surviving member of the paris attacks in november that killed 130 people. Salah abdeslam. He was the only one to get away. And theres been a manhunt that has been going on from this isisdirected attack, one that and thats an important thing to mention there. This is the only one that got away. But i dont think anybody was expected the level of coordination attacks we seem to be seeing this morning. I mean, one thing to keep in mind, it was prime rush hour here. The first attack incident in Brussels Airport took place just before 8 00 a. M. Local time. And then the incident on the metro took place around 9 00 a. M. Local time. That would have been exactly when people were going to work in the eu institutions. So, i mean, theres a real concern here. The metro station has been shut.
