MILTON With town hall closed to the public due to the coronavirus pandemic, the process for picking up and dropping off nomination papers for the April 27 town election will be different this year, Town Clerk Susan Galvin said.
Anyone seeking nomination papers for town wide office or town meeting member seats should contact her office, Galvin said. Nomination papers must be picked up by the candidate.
Instead of scheduling individual appointments, the clerk s office is offering daily pick-up and drop-off service at 10 a.m. weekdays and 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
Candidates picking up or dropping off nomination papers must bring their own pen, conform to social distancing guidelines and wear a face covering. Upon arrival at town hall, call the clerk s office at 617-898-4859 and a member of the staff will come to the door to assist.
