Norma Toddy Rozelle-Diers Norma Toddy Rozelle-Diers DELPHOS Norma “Toddy” Rozelle-Diers passed away on Wednesday. She was 105 years old. Norma was born on Oct. 10, 1915, in Toronto, Canada, to Robert and Gertrude (Sampson) Todd, who preceded her in death. On June 11, 1935, she was united in marriage to Robert B. Rozelle, who passed away in 1983. She was then united in marriage on Sept. 11, 1993, to Casey Diers, who passed in 2005. Norma is survived by a son and a daughter, Todd (Janet) Rozelle and Jacqueline (Edward) Fritz, all of Delphos; five grandchildren, James “JP” (Patty) Fritz, Eric (Gina) Fritz, Andrea (Doug) Duerr, Melissa (Christopher) Ellison and Jacquie (Matt) Kill; two
