Boeing won a $28.3 million modification by the US Air Force for an engineering change proposal modification for the F-15 Passive/Active Warning and Survivability System (EPAWSS). Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri, and is expected to be completed by December 31,
Earlier this year, the US Air Force's newest fighter jet, the F-15EX, had undergone a series of test flights. It fired its first missile in February during an air-to-air weapons system evaluation program.
