that moment. there are so many variables here which is why we have that evacuation s on. hopefully it is large enough. we have been talking about the winds. these are surface winds, not upper level that carry things across the pacific. that is not happening and we are not talking about that. current that the surface, a regional situation with any radiation exposure and a wind shift. what we want is an offshore wind, they will be blowing from land to see in this direction here. that is what has been happening and that is what we have currently. these are out of the southwest and west. the problem is as wins at the surface do, they change depending on what kind of weather pattern we are an and whether we have a high or a low, whether there is a front moving through. this is what is going to happen. we started in the south and west but to see the rotation that is onshore flow. that is what we don t want. the good thing is we re not
